As a counselor I have nearly two decades experience dealing with the effects of ADHD, self-esteem issues and family conflicts, and specialize in coping skills dealing with the long-term effects of childhood trauma, blended homes, relationship conflicts and grief, in children, teenagers and adults. You are not alone, and I will stick with you through the sometimes difficult but ultimately life-changing work of therapy.
