Interacting in life is often a form of performance art, especially in a day of constant social media. Often we can go through days, weeks or longer and not even realize that we are not able to say what we feel for fear of judgement or worse, that no one is really listening. This is how we lose sight of who we are as individuals. When life seems constricting, the reason is often that we lost sight of ourselves and are in relationships, professions and habits that are not true to who we are and who we would like to be. Therapy belongs to you and my focus is to provide you with a safe space where you are able to speak freely without censorship, work through current and past issues and develop a strong sense of yourself so you are able to navigate through all life may bring without getting lost.
