Do you ever find yourself feeling "less than" or comparing yourself to others? These experiences happen to all of us throughout the lifespan. However, there are times when these thoughts and comparisons can feel so burdensome, that it becomes difficult to keep up with our daily lives. Sometimes, these feelings just happen for no apparent reason and sometimes there are life transitions that are easier to pinpoint, such as pregnancy, infertility issues, or traumatic births/loss. Regardless of your circumstance, I help people understand the meaning of these thoughts while gaining relief from challenges. I am trained to provide services using a strengths-based and multi-systemic approach. I use evidenced based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Shame Resilience theory, Object Relations theory, Trauma-informed care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and more. Past clients have described me as "authentic, easy to talk to, and kind." My personality will help you to feel comfortable. I have a naturally empathetic and my personality is straightforward. Expect a casual and relaxed atmosphere with me, almost like you’ve known me awhile.
