I enjoy creating a safe space for people to come just as they are. I’ve worked directly WITH people for over 27 years. In that time I have become more and more convinced of two things: First, everyone is on a journey. And secondly, everyone’s journey involves both beauty and brokenness. I count it a privilege to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families on their journey – as they pursue growth and healing. Is this your FIRST TIME considering therapy? I know it can be scary and overwhelming. I especially enjoy helping people navigate the first few sessions. I adopt a hope-based perspective as I help clients explore fears, anxieties, root issues, family-of-origin patterns, core identity struggles, unprocessed emotions, areas of “stuckness”, and more.
