Beach Therapy & Consulting

Beach Therapy & Consulting provides specialized services tailored to the individual’s needs. We offer individual counseling, marital/couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy for DBT. We work collaboratively with primary care providers, pediatricians, and other medical providers to ensure coordination of care. Counseling services are available to individuals starting at age 8. We offer a fully adherent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program. Trauma informed services are available for Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). We also provide consultation services and training in mindfulness and DBT. Clinical supervision is available to anyone completing licensure requirements. Our counselors understand how life transitions, marital/family issues, and mental health concerns impact the individual. We meet individuals where they are to help them balance the changes in their life. We want to inspire a sense of peace and in an environment where growth and change can occur.
