With an extensive training in trauma recovery, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) , I provide an energetic, compassionate and engaged approach to my work. I aim to create a space to help you explore thought patterns or behaviors that are impacting you with the goal of achieving a more fulfilling life. I have experience working in various settings to address a wide range of needs & symptoms including interpersonal relationships, mood disorders, trauma & life transitions. I have particular experience in working with LGBTQ individuals & millenials struggling with emerging identity issues. I am a part of a group practice that focuses on trauma recovery & OCD.
