I offer in-person counseling as well as video counseling via Doxy, a HIPPA compliant service. I believe that the client-therapist relationship is key in helping people address the life challenges that bring them to counseling. You may be struggling with depression or anxiety that interferes with building and enjoying meaningful relationships. It might be a couple dealing with the painful aftermath of infidelity or having communication issues that you can’t seem to resolve. I will share your goal of finding your answers to a thriving, high functioning new beginning. If you’re difficulty is with relationship issues then I want to help you find your own unique resolution. If the issue is depression, anxiety, or trauma EMDR may offer an effective evidence-based intervention. My priority is helping you find your solution. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive environment that results in a higher functioning person with a brighter more hopeful future.
