Who I Serve

Therapy offers many opportunities: to relieve suffering, to improve our relationships, to overcome the ways we feel stuck, and ultimately to build a more meaningful life as we come to understand ourselves more deeply. I collaborate with the client to build a long-term therapeutic relationship, which is the cornerstone of my work. In this environment of safety, respect, and openness, we will work to effect healing and change in your relationship with yourself, with others, and with the challenges of day-to-day life. I have advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, with a background in trauma and dissociation as well as psychoanalysis. My work as a therapist is grounded in helping clients gain insight into their inner life, improve their ability to cope with difficult thoughts and feelings, and bring change to patterns in their lives that no longer serve them.
