Change is a difficult but often necessary part of life. Making proactive changes can be especially challenging and support through that process is vital. Working together, we can start to make meaningful changes, beginning the journey towards recovery and a stronger sense of self-efficacy.

I specialize in the treatment of adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders. I also address issues related to anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I believe in a respectful, direct, and collaborative relationship that aims to help my clients function at their highest level and potential.
