When you’re struggling with an issue that’s causing you pain, you want a therapist who will make you feel comfortable, and provide you a safe healing space. Every day, I help people work through childhood issues, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and emotional baggage they’ve carrying around for years. Many people allow the wounds of childhood, caused by adverse childhood events, hold them back in adult life. Whatever your issue, know you will find a spirit of acceptance as I help you to work through whatever is causing you emotional pain. I’m told my voice is calming, the British accent I expect, and my sense of humor appreciated. I incorporate the latest 21st Century brain-based, mind body research into my treatment plans. As well as the usual “talk therapies” I have 500 hours of hypnotherapy training a powerful tool that gives incredibly results quickly; Emotional Freedom Techniques powerful anxiety, CBT-I for Chronic Insomnia & I am level 2 trained in Gottman couple’s therapy.
