Sketching an ideal client would be to have someone who is able to follow their path, climb their hurdles, with little if any help. The most current mental health concern is anxiety and anxiety with depression are almost always co-occurring. Clients who admit they have an issue which is impeding their growth, and who wants to work on their hurdles, are the ideal clients. Clients not interested nor willing to change would not be my ideal client. My client’s needs are of the utmost importance to me and to them.
