Life feels confusing sometimes. Our responsibilities can feel heavy and can impact our mood and ability to cope. Each person is unique; I am able to integrate multiple techniques to achieve your goals. I am trained in techniques that are proven to help. You might find counseling especially helpful if you are experiencing changes in your relationships, grief or loss, or struggles with mood. In my small private practice, I enjoy walking alongside people as they embrace positive change. My practice offers a HIPAA compliant Telehealth option for those times when in-person sessions are not preferable. My specialty is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; a way of looking at our thinking habits in order to see how those habits influence how we feel and act. I also use techniques from Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help clients learn to manage feelings and impulses. Explicitly Christian counseling is available, if you desire.
