My passion is working with individuals who have experienced childhood sexual and physical abuse, who are children or adult children of disordered parents/families, and are struggling to find their own way. I am also LGBTQ+ knowledgeable and affirming, and have a great deal of experience working with individuals who are exploring their gender identity and sexual orientation. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, two treatment modalities that offer deep healing and a release from pain deep in the body we may have carried all of our lives.
