**WAITLIST FOR NEW CLIENTS** It’s junior year of college. Or your first “real job.” Every deadline, relationship, or social expectation dumps a heap of anxiety into your lap. It’s hard to talk to someone about it; they might not be trustworthy or understand. Trying to keep it all together might be the easier choice, especially with some help: pills to improve focus and drinks to keep calm during the stress. Substance abuse is a heavy, clinical term, but once these behaviors start, it’s hard to make them stop. Maybe nothing is wrong but something is “off.” I want to be there for you when it becomes too much to handle. Counseling is for anyone who needs an open conversation with someone who genuinely wants to listen and won’t judge. I offer a relaxed, safe space.
