Hello and welcome! As a therapist, I have worked with many different types of clients and have learned just as much from them as they’ve grown from our interactions! Therapy is all about walking alongside someone in their journey through life. I’m not here to give you advice. You already have the answers. I’m here to help you incorporate them into your daily life. With 13 years’ experience in the field, I utilize a variety of approaches in therapy to meet your needs and where you are at in your progression. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, substance abuse bipolar disorder, PTSD, chronic physical health conditions, domestic and sexual violence, postpartum and women’s issues (including infertility to pregnancy to the “empty nest” and loss of a child) and in general, difficult life transitions.
