It is my belief that everyone has the ability to overcome and grow from life’s many challenges. I specialize in helping people cope with the internal and external stressors of life, specifically in relation to medical illness, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, infertility, complex grief, and bereavement. I do so by creating a safe space in order to build a strong therapeutic relationship. It is then that we can explore your personal experience while working to discover and strengthen coping skills to promote resiliency. My experience includes addressing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal loss, infertility, families coping with chronic and acute illness, and bereavement. In addition, I have worked with individuals and families experiencing different life transitions and role changes. It is a true privilege to partner with my clients during their journey and have the opportunity to play a part in their healing process. I take great care to honor and respect the unique aspects of my clients experience while also reminding them they are not alone.
