Even though one size does not fit all; it is my goal to offer you a form of therapy that is brief, pragmatic, and effective. So much progress can be made when focusing on solutions rather than barriers, on the present rather than the past, and in what is possible rather than on what is not. Selecting the right therapist is obviously an important decision and I encourage you to be discerning. Although training and experience matter, it is most important that you find someone who feels right to you and/or your family.
