Choosing to start Individual therapy is a brave decision that can help you address depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral, self-esteem, life transition, and relationship issues. In my practice, I help individuals recognize and more effectively manage difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that they can pursue growth and create a more fulfilling, meaningful life. I offer a variety of evidence-based psychotherapies such as Mindfulness, CBT, and ACT to address your specific mental health needs and preferences. I seek to flexibly meet the needs of each client to help you pursue your goals and values. I work to create a welcoming environment where my clients feel accepted and empowered throughout the therapy process. I approach therapy openly and collaboratively. I am committed to providing a safe, empathic space where I listen and more deeply understand each individual's own journey towards wellbeing.
