Struggling with anxiety, depression, isolation, trauma, grief or an addiction? My practice has developed from my own experience overcoming many of these vexing issues in my own life. We also offer Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Addiction. We see counseling and recovery as a two way street. It is a partnership. We are in this together, and this is why I focus therapeutically on meaningful connections as antidotes to addiction, isolation and grief. I use a variety of cognitive approaches with clients to directly address challenges in thinking, self-talk and self-image. All therapy can be accomplished by connecting you with our therapy horses for a dynamic equine assisted process for healing trauma, reducing anxiety and working to create connection.
