I believe that self-growth is a continuous journey. I specialize in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues and other behavioral concerns utilizing psychotherapies, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Based Focused therapies and other therapeutic approaches that best fit your individual needs to help you reach your full potential. I believe that all individuals can benefit from professional counseling services that promote personal growth and self-awareness, especially when paired with best practice models centered around the needs of each individual.
