Therapist Overview
I am passionate about helping people grow and change. I have received training from some of the nation’s foremost experts in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), though experience has taught me the importance of integrating other treatment models as well. I enjoy doing therapy and have a wealth of experience treating a variety of presenting problems. I particularly enjoy working with veterans, athletes and men’s issues. Feel free to reach out to me. If for some reason I am unable to see you personally, I can likely direct you to a colleague who will be the right fit. I received my Doctorate from Wright State University in 2005. I then served as a Captain in the United States Air Force during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, providing psychological services to military members. I have also worked with the Veterans Administration and University of Michigan. I now oversee a team of psychologists in private practice. I believe that a sound, trusting relationship with a well-trained psychologist is a powerful agent for change. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if I can be of help to you or a loved one.
