It’s my goal to help you understand where the patterns & behaviors that cause you pain and suffering originate from. I will guide you to acceptance & non judgement for the parts of yourself that seem unlovable. Together, we will explore how your early life experiences shaped the way you see yourself & the world now. Compassionately, through somatic work, shadow work & inner child work, we will heal & rewire thought & behavioral patterns from the root of where they stem so that you can find empowerment, authenticity, fulfillment, and joy. I provide a unique, intuitive approach to healing. In addition to my Bachelors degree in psychology and my Masters degree in social work, I am trained & certified by world renowned spiritual teacher, Teal Swan, in “The Completion Process” and in Shamanic intuitive healing by the Katukina tribe of the Brazilian Amazon. All of my sessions are done virtually via video chat. It’s my goal to embody authenticity, warmth, & nurture while creating a safe space for you to discover and express your emotions & find alignment within yourself. It is important for me to create a deep connection with you & go on this healing journey together – no one needs to be in their pain alone.
